What Is The Process For "Move
In Certified?"
- The inspection on your home is performed by
our certified home inspector.
- The results
of the inspection are reviewed by the Sellers and your inspector.
- If any major issues or safety concerns are uncovered, a "Pre-Inspected" sign will
go in the yard and a reinspection of the corrected items will be required within 60 days, then, if corrected the "Move
In Certified" sign will be provided. If the Seller decides they do not want to fix any of the problems and sell
it "As Is", We will still provide a "Pre-Inspected" sign to help draw attention to the property
as long as the Seller agrees to make the inspection report available to potential buyers.
- The Seller will resolve any major issues or safety concerns that the inspection may uncover.
- The Seller then certifies that the property, to the best of their
knowledge, that any major problems, maintenance issues, or safety concerns have been addressed.
- The Seller can then place the "Move In Certified" yard sign out with the Realtor "For
Sale" sign to help draw attention to the property and show potential buyers of this certification. Also potential buyers
will be able to pull the inspection report from this website.
